Every once in a while, an opportunity lands in our lap that we simply can't pass up. The downside? It usually comes with almost no notice. Over the next couple of weeks, we're hosting two very special pop-up wine dinners. One explores the legendary white wines of Burgundy from Maison Albert Bichot, a producer whose history stretches back nearly two centuries. The other takes us to Napa Valley, where remarkable vineyards, an incredible story, and a celebrated winemaker have produced some truly memorable wines. Neither event was on our calendar a month ago. Both were too good to say no to. If you've joined us for a wine dinner before, you know these evenings are never just about wine. They're about discovering something new, asking questions, sharing a table with fellow food and wine lovers, and enjoying a meal built specifically around the wines in your glass. Most importantly, both dinners offer exceptional value for wines and experiences that would normally be difficult or much more expensive to enjoy this way.
