Chanterelles & Other Specials
Chanterelles are one of our favorite mushrooms. You see them in the summer and fall, they have the aromas of apricots and a slight nutty taste when sautéed. They can’t be cultivated, only can be found in the wild!
We just flew some in from Washington state. CATCH THEM WHILE YOU CAN! WILD CHANTERELLES DONT WAIT FOR ANYONE!
